Important Notices

1. Iranians wishing to participate in the 2^nd Seminar on on Insurance & Risk Management In Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Industries, are kindly requested to register through the Persian section of the website (Persian Registration)

2.Registration for first authors with accepted papers will be free.

3. If you don’t receive your registration confirmation within 24 hours after submitting your form, please kindly contact the Seminar Secretariat.

4. If your spouse accompanies you, please complete his/her registration form as well, alongside with sending a copy of his/her passport.

If a registered delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate may take his/her place which should be announced to the seminar secretariat before Nov. 15, 2009.

In the case of a cancellation, a written notice is required prior to the deadline. A cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted from the original payment. No refunds will be provided if no notice is received prior to the set date.
